Its an impromptu meetup and Kareen graciously brought over some mini macarons. Well, I must say I am pretty impressed by the refreshing local flavours like Pandan with Gula Melaka, Chocolate with Peanut Butter, Chrysanthemum Bakkua, Durian, Earl Grey with Raisins and many more. Usually I fancy more of salted caramel thus the Pandan with Gula Melaka intrigue me more. The kids seemed to prefer the Chrysanthemum Bakkua and took more than 2nd helpings. Hubby tried the durian flavour and commented that its good except that its a tad too sweet.
I would say it makes a marvellous gift idea if the packaging can be further improved on without the macarons being all over the place and the flavours being distinguished by either with stickers or different colour shells. Would also prefer this to be in a smaller size like its name My Mini Macarons so that ladies can pop a few more flavours to try before the sweetness became too overwelming. Overall, a 7/10 for a flavour/packaging experience. If you are keen, you can proceed to My Mini Macarons facebook : https://www.facebook.com/myminimacarons to contact them for orders.
Our trio born in 2008 Feb/Mar babies. The gals were all too pleased to posed but our dear Isaac was not too happy here… Hee… As usual, we mummies forced upon them for a photo. LOL
Here we are attempting to get a group kids photo. Everyone were on all smiles except for my dear Clovelle who refused to look at the camera again… But I am awfully pleased to have them all in a photo. Looking forward to our next gathering with more kids in the photo.
Here I am carrying darling Norwynn. Time flies, I still remember I was tasked to take his newborn photos ( www.facebook.com/faithmomentsphotography ) and he’s such a big adorable boy now. A heart stealer and I foresee Kareen will be busy in future. Hahaha…
