Kids Birthday Staycation at Punggol Ranch – Sleeping with Horses

I had been thinking long and hard how am I going to be celebrating the birthday of both Jayden(11th) and Clovelle(7th) in a memorable way that they would like it. No big parties but just us spending quality time as a family.

Many things had happened for the past year and despite all these they are wonderful kids who do not give me huge issues except for Jayden in terms of academic wise. I was interviewed by ANJE during the Mother’s Day interview ad it was through this interview that I realised that Jayden enjoyed the sponsored staycation we had at Punggol Ranch last year. Especially with the shy, subtle expression on face showed it all. I knew as a mom I must make it possible for him.

It was such blessings that Punggol Ranch agreed to make this wish of my Jayden come true with Clovelle jumping up and down as she was looking forward to the pony ride too.

The place was slightly different from the last time we came.

Just 4 Kids indoor playground which is just $10 unlimited for kids and $4 for 1 accompanying adults, don’t forget your socks though.
Karaoke ship, boat converted to a ktv room where you could sing with your kids at just $30/hr, $50 for 2 hours or $70 for 3 hours.

All these are on top of the other activities that you could do with your kids:

bunny/pony feeding
art and craft at JackUda

Rest assured that though you be sleeping with the horses, the amenities provided is sufficient for you and your family. With my and 3 kids, we were totally comfortable with a queen and 2 single beds in the aircon room with toilet and towels/cups/electric kettle/towels/mineral water/safe. That to me was sufficient to make a stay comfortable.

After jumping on the beds and getting all so excited on the room, the kids ran their way to the end of the ranch to JackUda where they laid their hands on the various art and craft choices available. They finally chose painted and customising on their very 1st piggy bank!

Clovelle was obviously very proud of her own masterpiece.

Did you remember that I mentioned to you about the new Karaoke Ship? This was it! Totally cozy, aircon and you could bring in your food and drinks too! In fact I found it pretty suitable if you are organising small events.

The kids were busy choosing their own songs the moment we stepped into the room. Well, our first trip to a KTV session together and I was definitely surprised that they were no strangers to the system and new songs. This mummy ought to catch up with this new generation soon manz!

It never dawned to me they would enjoyed it so much. Hahahaha…

Not forgetting one of my bff Janice, GM of Gogreen Singapore who popped by to celebrate the kids birthday together. Thanks dear!

They were praying very hard for their wishes to come through! Can’t help but giggled at their expression. What would my world be without you angels. You reminded me what happiness and laughter are all about. Mummy wish all your dreams come true!

Happiness all not to be taken for granted and this moment was exactly what I meant. Mummy pray and wish for health and happiness to come on each day for you my babies.

“I am all ready to go mummy!”

Teasing my boy with a couple of wefies before he start his first horse ride. He is currently taller than me and lighter than 75kg. He needed to have a horse instead of pony ride! My boy certainly had grown so so so so much.

Mummy’s turn finally! The excitement never fail to go away each time I am near a horse. I always felt that they are such a gently baby to be riding on.
